Online recruitment and retention resource for adult social care

Finding and keeping workers is a new online recruitment and retention resource for adult social care hosted on the Skills for Care website to help care providers of all sizes with their challenges.

Information has been structured around questions from the sector and has been grouped into four key themes:

  • attract more people
  • take on the right people
  • foster talent and increase skills
  • keep your colleagues.

To find the specific resources or information most relevant to you, Skills for Care have created a central library called ‘resources to help you’. Over the coming months they will be adding further case studies and best practice to grow this library.
