This booklet from the Mental Health Foundation is for anyone wanting to know more about how to overcome fear and anxiety.

Fear and anxiety are part of the body’s natural response to threats or thoughts that something bad might happen. Usually they last for a short time and then pass. But sometimes they last longer and you can get stuck with them. They can take over your life, affecting your ability to eat, sleep, concentrate, travel, enjoy life, and even leave the house or go to work or school. This booklet includes tips about how to break the cycle and where to find help.
